Candidate for
Council Member; City of Mountain View

As a senior engineering program manager and director of business development in large aerospace companies such as GTE Systems, TRW, Loral, and Lockheed, I have been responsible for revenue and budgets in the hundreds of millions of dollars at a time, and have managed upwards of a thousand employees at a time. I believe that my record of leadership in these roles has been an asset to the council and the residents of Mountain View as we have performed our due diligence, crafted policies and made decisions on the important issues that have come before us (development projects, employee contract negotiations, etc.). I believe that the combination of my professional experience and my city activism make me a uniquely qualified candidate for the Mountain View city council.

In addition to leveraging this professional experience, I have drawn upon my experience as a long time resident of Mountain View. I know the city, its history, its neighborhoods, and its people well. I have lived my life here, raised my family in this community, and seen them educated in Mountain View public schools, and I have participated in numerous community groups and organizations, including the following:
