• Preserve and Improve on Chino Hills' "13th Safest City in the Nation" Ranking and Status + I will support any and all on-going projects, ordinances and regulations for the continued safety, security and beautification of Chino Hills.
• Current Economic Conditions and Reduced Funding Sources + Utilized and offer my work experiences and knowledge to help our community adequately plan for the challenges of continued future growth within the City's limited funding sources.
• Ethics in Governance + Propose a Chino Hills City Council Code of Ethics for continued strong public confidence in the integrity of Chino Hills City Council.
• Promote and Support Diversity - Promote a work environment that is inclusive of every person, knowledge, background, religion, lifestyle, sexual orientation, physical abilities and ways of seeing the world.
• Promote and Support Term Limits + Term limit sets up the right environment and motivation for community involvement. Just like in baseball, "Three Strikes (Terms)" for the City Council should apply!
