Ballot Statement

I have worked innovatively to improve the economic climate in Elk Grove and create jobs. Violent crime has decreased under my watch. We stopped runaway growth and started building a community we can be proud of.

As someone who is leading for change, we must be laser focused on creating good jobs and rebuilding our local economy. I will continue to balance the City budget every year, and find new ways to get more police officers on the streets.

As a father of three young children, former School Board member, statewide leader in education reform, and founder of two community park and youth sports organizations, I know what it takes to build a strong community. I'm committed to fighting for it.

My leadership is results-oriented, inclusive, accountable, and neighborhood centered. I would be honored to have your vote as I continue to fight for positive change and a better Elk Grove.
