Budget Deficit

Analyze City Budget Deficit and make appropriate changes to correct the problem
The FY 2010-11 operating budget projects a deficit of approximately $2.0 Million.

Furthermore, the current economic recession may last another two to three years. Multiply the current deficit by 3 years and you can see we need to review the cost of services and see where we can save money, cut non-vital services and go out to bid on contracts.
