Measure H

A tax increase sends the wrong message
At a time when business owners struggle just to keep their shops and stores open, with payroll, materials and operating costs eating away what profit there is-

Along comes Mayor and city backed Measure H.

Measure H imposes a 1% added sales and use tax to the bill of the customer! We are now the "highest tax rate" city in the valley.

How can we expect to entice businesses to risk their capital and open their doors in a city where their customers will be charged the highest tax rate in the valley?

I will push to repeal measure H and the utility tax.
