Affordable Housing

City is behind in State mandated affordable housing. State fines and State interference is coming.
Affordable housing is a major issue. The State has mandated we build affordable housing. Our City is in jeopardy of having the State come in and do it for us. We cannot let this happen. The past council has let this get to a critical condition. If elected, I will work to get this corrected.

Measure Z "good or bad"? Although I do not care for the site selection, I am still struggling with a favorable vote because we are so far behind meeting our affordable housing requirements which is some 2,100 units and we now have only a few hundred. Let's find more suitable sites.
