Recycling efforts

Increase in community awareness
Recycling efforts in Costa Mesa have progressed fairly well. As a former Director I was instrumental in the beginning stages of community recycling programs. I would plan on staging more recycling events, including ewaste and paper recycling programs. One of the programs I previously helped with was the phone book recycling program. The City needs a similar effort with ewaste and other household waste.
