Continuous focus on system improvements by over 100 employees of the MNWDMy MBA has instilled and taught me valuable life and business lessons. Continuous improvement should be a cultural norm for any successful business- Public or Private. Correctly motivate management and employees to think and find efficiencies. I am confident that with over 100 MNWD public agents, we can find ways of offsetting water price increases which are NOT harmful to the emergency preparedness of the system or to its structural longevity. |
