Biographical Highlights
  • Occupation: City Councilwoman/Businesswoman
  • I've been privileged to serve on our B.P. City Council for 16 years, and I am termed out this year.
  • I'm a B.P. homeowner and a small business owner.
  • I worked at Knott's Berry Farm in Public Relations for 18 years; prior to that I worked for the "San Francisco Examiner" and Associated Press.
  • I have twin sons, Pat and Mike, who attended B.P. schools, and four grandchildren.
  • I'm a life-time member of Soroptimist Int'l. of B.P. and many other local organizations.
  • I have a BA degree in Journalism from Idaho State University.

  • To ensure that our schools receive adequate funding.
  • To ensure that our students receive the highest quality of education posssible.
  • To ensure that our district has policies in place to support learning and engagement for all students.
