My public records stands as proof: While serving on the Council from 2002 + February 2010 I increased city reserved from $19 million to $26 million, I only approved a balanced budget and achieved a AAA bond rating which is earned by fewer that 5% of all California cities. Your quality of life was enhanced: I renovated recreation centers, new public parks, expanded Murray Community/ Senior Center and roadway improvement projects to relieve traffic were completed.
