Candidate for
Council Member; City of San Clemente

A native of Southern California, I have lived in San Clemente for more than ten years and have adopted this beautiful beach community as "mine". I have watched the city grow - in some ways successfully - and in other ways, with the problems that come with growth.

I have a successful career in construction that I can use to help with the business development of the city, and foresee potential problems drawn from my experience.

The qualities that describe me best are honesty, integrity, the use of common sense when making decisions, and (most importantly) the desire to do what is best for the city of San Clemente and the good people that live, work and play here.

I believe in the responsible development of the city and, as a surfer and outdoor enthusiast, want to do so with respect for the environment and the preservation of the heritage and historical value of the city.

I can, and will, find the balance that will take into consideration the values of all of he citizens of this great town.
