Political Philosophy As a fellow citizen of the Westminster - Midway City community, you know the Midway City Sanitary District provides our trash collection and sewer services.

We know the District has had good services and low fees. As an outside Sanitary District contractor for 7 years, I know its internal workings.

Yet, with our troubled economy and more complicated State regulations, the District is now threatened with rising costs and growing pressures to increase our fees.

As an elected board member I will represent you by working for better management, greater efficiencies and innovations to control costs, improve services and, avoid rate increases.
