I have a degree in accounting; 30 years experience as a practicing attorney; many years as a Bankruptcy Court Mediator and service as an Orange County Superior Court judge protem. I am presently a principal of Barnett & Rubin, a business litigation and bankruptcy firm in Irvine. As a Certified Specialist within my field, I have reorganized private and public companies. I am also a professional member of the Orange County Enrolled Agents Association, an organization of tax advisors to whom I frequently provide legal advice. I've served as a Savings and Loan Association Director and a Bar Association Treasurer and Director.
