  • I believe that one very important issue is growing our outer areas and making them desirable destinations for new businesses and visitors alike. The downtown area is wonderful, and I believe that we need to have that same environment throughout the city.

  • We have a very sound downtown area. I think we should grow the other areas of Fullerton. West Fullerton and East Fullerton industrial areas instead of building more empty strip malls and industrial parks, lets encourage new business to open in our empty building and make the outer lying areas as beautiful and thriving as the downtown area. By doing this it will help with traffic in the downtown area and keep it for being over populated. No more high rise housing in the area from Highland east to Lemon and form Chapman to Santa Fe Ave.

  • I feel that the budget need to be looked at, at all levels. Term limits and pensions have a big affect on the budget, that is why I am for term limits and feel the pension program need to be reformed. First, we need term limits and to eliminate career politicians. Second, we need to change our pension system to be more like that of the private sector. Pensions were never meant to be the sole income for retired government employees.
