To improve local neighborhood elementary, middle/ high schools, make funds available
to attract/ retain quality teachers and offset State cuts, repair/ replace aging heating,
plumbing and wiring, install educational classroom technology, improve utility and energy
efficiency to save money for academic programs, improve school/ student safety,
acquire, repair, construct and equip classrooms/ sites/ school facilities, shall Monterey
Peninsula Unified School District issue $110,000,000 in bonds at legal rates, with citizen
oversight, annual audits and NO money for administrator salaries?
