Dear Neighbors, I believe you want the same things for Pleasant Hill that I do: a pleasant small town, great neighborhoods, a comfortable heart with nice shops and restaurants, excellent public services, good schools, good roads and sidewalks, with trees and landscaping everywhere. I have tried to accomplish this for all of us during my years on the City Council and would like to continue. "They" said it couldn't be done unless we also built huge office buildings to provide more revenues. Well, I successfully fought against big buildings and we did it anyway! Now Pleasant Hill serves as a delightful example for other small towns whose residents don't want to cave in to developer's pressure. Much still needs to be done, and be done right. I am intelligent, thoughtful, and well informed about City matters. I have the guts to stand up for what is fair and right and not cave in to expediency. I work hard to make sure your voice is heard. If you want Pleasant Hill to remain pleasant, please vote for me on November second. My Top Priorities:
