City government has looked into this issue and more or less given up. Voters decided Measure F wasn't the solution. How do we fix American Avenue?I strongly believe that there is a solution for the American Avenue situation. We just need to keep working towards it! This will take the land owners, land developers, school districts, city government, concered residents, county agencies, local businesses and community groups working together in new ways to come up with a solution that doesn't involve building hundreds of homes and gets the road finished without depending solely on developer's fees. |
