It is no secret that I am a big fan of Mary Flynn - and now that my role of Executive Director for the DCBA is quickly coming to an end, I can now personally support Mary publicly without it being misinterpreted as the "voice" of Downtown. Mary is.....well, Mary. She doesn't try to represent herself as anything else. She is honest, engaging, thoughtful and smart. From personal experience, Mary has proven to me that she is truly interested in the future of our community as she takes the time (a lot of time) to understand the issues, educate herself and most importantly - listen to what people have to say. I know that when Mary makes a decision, it comes from a place of knowledge, understanding as well as the desire to do what's right for the community as a WHOLE.

On November 2nd I know I will be casting my vote for Mary Flynn - I hope you will as well. Don't just take it from me - see for yourself. If you'd like to meet this fantastic woman in person and hear firsthand why she IS an excellent choice to represent the people of Chico (again), I encourage you to attend one of the events listed below:
