  • Outreach: without effective outreach, tenant protections and rent control will be unused, leaving tenants abused.
  • Earthquake Safety, inspecting Berkeley's 200+ Soft Story buildings for safety, and require them all to be brought to current earthquake safety code.
  • Require that all multi unit rental complexes make Recycling and Municpal Food Waste Composting available to tenants.
