Like many Californians, I am frustrated with state government. I am tired of our inability to fund our schools, protect the environment and create jobs. Instead of complaining about state government, I have decided to run for the California State Assembly and work for change.

Let me be clear - I am not a career politician. As a common sense Democrat, I have spent my entire career growing businesses and serving my community. A continuing desire to serve my community compels me to run for the State Assembly.

California does not have a shortage of resources + it has a shortage of political courage. Throughout the recent budget crisis few politicians were willing to take a stand. We need to fundamentally change how business is done in Sacramento. The status quo is ruining our state! I cannot stand by and watch this happen. I hope you agree.
