Growing up the son of immigrants, I took to heart the values instilled in me by my parents and worked hard to make them proud. Those lessons have guided me throughout my life, inspiring me to give back to my community and create new opportunities for children and working families.
As a teacher, school board member, West Covina City Councilmember, and as the next Assemblymember from the San Gabriel Valley, I will fight to protect schools from education cuts and create more family-supporting jobs in our community.
