The Illegal Immigration will not be solved by another Amnesty! The Illegal Immigration problem is too complex for one simple fix for all illegals immigrates. The illegal population is composed of many different groups of people with many of them involve in criminal activities. Some want to do terrorist activity, while others want to break up the United States, and another large group wants drug gangs controlling various parts of the country.

We live in crazy times. Here we have the Los Angeles City Council and the San Francisco Board of Supervisors telling California citizens not to do business with the State of Arizona because the legislators for Arizona wrote and approved an immigration law for the state of Arizona that is patterned after the federal Immigration Law. The Arizona State Government is not telling other states government what to do or what to buy or not buy from other states. Now we have the Board of Supervisors form the City of San Jose also voting to oppose Arizona's new Immigration Law which is to take effect in July 2010. In addition we have 17 other states considering whether to follow Arizona in enacting illegal immigration laws. The Board of Supervisors of Los Angeles, San Jose, and San Francisco are actually breaking the law when they urge the people of California not to do business with the government and Citizen of Arizona. They are telling another state how to run their business and they are interfering in interstate commerce. Besides breaking the law, it is rather stupid in that we depend on the state of Arizona for many things. Interstate highway I10 and I40 runs through Arizona. The Union Pacific Rail Road has a major rail line running through Arizona carrying goods from and to San Francisco/ Oakland and Los Angeles sea ports. Also in the past the City of Los Angeles and other cities and towns in the southern part of California have used Arizona's share of the Colorado River as it flowed south from Las Vegas. The California population may need help from Arizona in the future on water problems. Also they want to keep these major business arteries open with smooth flow of traffic in bother directions. The bottom line is that the state of Arizona has not broken any laws, but these three cities have. Now we have several non-profit organizations suing the State of Arizona for passing the Illegal Immigration law. These non-profit organizations get government funds and do not pay taxes. Yet they are using our tax money to sue a state for passing a legal law on controlling the flow of illegal people within their state, which the state is legally entitled to do. The non-profits organizations are using tax money for political purposes. Therefore they are also breaking the law and should lose their tax exempt status. Now we have some Police Chiefs from various towns and cities both in Arizona and other states who want to choose which laws they want to enforce.

Most people when they think about the illegal problem, they think about the little Mexican woman cleaning their house or the gardener trimming their lawn. They wonder why can't they stay and gain legal status. Well the problem is not as simple as most people think. For one you have a Big Drug War going on in Mexico, with drug gangs battling each other and the Mexican Government. The battle is spilling over the border into the United States. Many of these Mexican gangs have ties to drug gangs in the United States. To further complicate the issue you have Islamic terrorists trying to arrange deals with some of these Mexican gangs to smuggle Islamic Terrorist extremist from Mexico to the United States where the Mexican gang will be paid in assault weapons and large bore guns. According to a report issued by the Subcommittee on Investigations for the House Committee on Homeland Security: "Members of Hezbollah have already entered the United States across the Southwest border." Further, U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement investigation have revealed that aliens were smuggled from the Middle East to staging areas in Central and South America, before being smuggled illegally into the United States. There are now reports that some of these Middle Eastern people are being smuggled through Mexico to safe houses near our border where they stay while they learn the Spanish language. After they finish this training they assume Mexican or American identity and are smuggled across the border.

Station WSB-TV2 from Atlanta published a population breakdown from Immigration and Customers Enforcement staging facility in Florence, Arizona, dated April 15, 2010, which includes detainees from as far away as Afghanistan, Armenia, Bosnia, Egypt, Ghana, Iraq, Iran, Jordan, Morocco, Pakistan, Sudan, Uzbekistan, Yemen, Botswana, Turkey, and many other countries.

Further, Venezuela President Hugo Chavez has developed a close working relationship to Iran, Russia, Syria, and China. Iran is building a lot of Mosques in Venezuela and other South American Countries. The Russians are selling a lot of weapons to Venezuela President Hugo Chavez for his military. The Russians are also building an ammunition factory in Venezuela. The Iranian people in Venezuela are bringing in a lot of people from the Middle East and using their Mosque as a staging point before sending them to Mexico to be smuggled into the United States. Some of these Iranians are giving the Mexican gangs assault weapons as payment to smuggle their people into the United States.

If the above is not bad enough, there is a group of people who identify themselves as "American Palestinians" are following the movement as outlined in the article "Conquest of Aztlan" by Glenn Spencer. This is not a fringe group. Their policies support the re-conquest of the Southwest portion of the United States for Mexico. Further Glenn Spencer contents the current United States Immigration Policies and lax enforcement of the immigration laws are paving the paving the way for this invasion.

If the above issues still did not bother you, we also have a Chinese illegal immigration problem. In the past, Chinese people were smuggled into the United States inside large shipping containers or the mother ship would put people on small boats to row themselves to shore. However, now you have the Chinese gangs and the Mexican smugglers working together to smuggle a large number of Chinese into the United States via our south west border. There is an excellent article in "Tamkang Journal of International Affairs" on Chinese gangs. Chinese gangs are becoming more active in almost all countries over the past decade. Wherever these Chinese migrants place themselves, triad societies follows. The United Nations warns that Chinese triads gradually have become the greatest criminal threat the world has ever known. With a population of 1billion, it is not surprising that Chinese organized crime groups are a controlling influence in a great deal of organized criminal activity around the world. Human smuggling is an industry because each illegal Chinese immigrant are forced to work long hours without being paid for two to three years upon arrival. Many young immigrants are sent by the Chinese Mafias to commit all types of crime.

The California Illegal Immigration Enforcement Law, Penal Code Section 834b is even tougher than the Arizona's law. The California law says: "With respect to any such person who is arrested, and suspected of being present in the United States in violation of Federal Immigration law, every law enforcement agency shall do the following (i) Attempt to verify the legal status of such person as a citizen of the United States, an alien lawfully admitted as a permanent resident, an alien lawfully admitted for a temporary period of time, or as an alien who is present in the United States in-violation of immigration laws. The verification process may include, but shall not be limited to questioning the person regarding his or her date and place of birth, and entry into the United States, and demanding documentation to indicate his or her legal status.

Our laws against illegal immigration are not based on race, but are based on a status issue! Those people who are opposed to the illegal immigration laws are trying to make us believe that it is racial, because they know they cannot win if the public see and understand the true issues.

The Mexican President Felipe Calderon has accused people of Arizona of opening the door to intolerance, hate, discrimination, and abuse in law enforcement. Let us take a look at what the Mexican laws say about illegal immigration in their country.

If an outsider do not enhance the country's "economic or national interest" or are "not found to be physically or mentally healthy," they are not welcome. Neither are those seeking to obtain Mexican citizenship. They must show a birth certificate, provide a bank statement proving economic independence, pass an exam and prove they can provide their own health care.

The Mexican government will bar foreigners if they upset "The equilibrium of the national demographics."

Illegal entry into the country is equivalent to a felony punishable by two years' imprisonment. Document fraud is subject to fine and imprisonment; so is alien marriage fraud. Evading deportation is a serious crime; illegal re-entry after deportation is punishable by ten years' imprisonment. Foreigners may be kicked out of the country without due process.

Law enforcement official at all levels +by national mandate--must cooperate to enforce immigration laws, including enforcement operation. Native-born Mexican are empowered to make citizens' arrests of illegal alien and turn them in to authorities.

A National Population Registry tracks and verifies the identity of every member of the population, who must carry a citizens' identity card. Visitors who do not possess proper documents and identification are subject to arrest as illegal aliens.

Under the Mexican constitution, political speech by foreign is banned. Non-citizens cannot "in any way participate in the political affairs of the country." In fact, a plethora of Mexican statutes enacted by Congress of Mexico limit the participation of foreign nationals and companies in everything from investment, education, mining, and civil aviation to electric energy and firearms. Foreigners have severely limited private property and employment rights.

At the present time we have people coming through the United States-Mexico border, some of whom are dealing in drugs, some of who are using false or stolen identification, some of who are being used as slave labor, some of who are being used as sex slaves, and some of who are part of the drug gang, and some of who are coming here for terrorist activity. At the present time we cannot tell them apart. Further we cannot tell them apart by the language they use.

I have just read in the San Mateo County Times, dated 26 May 2010, that new, more potent heroin that is inexpensive, is now coming into the United States from Mexico. The AP contacted agencies in all 50 states for a survey that showed that heroin deaths rose 18.2% from 2007 to 2008, and 20.3% from 2006 to 2008.

In the past I had a man working for me for two years before I found out that he was using someone else's identification. I also had a young man come to me complaining that was having difficulty getting a job because one of his relatives, who was in this country illegally, used his identification to get a job when he was young. This relative ran up a bunch of debt in this young man's name, and now no one wants to hire him because of bad credit. I have seen a young woman, who was in this country illegally, driving the wrong way on a one way street. She did not have a drivers' license nor automobile insurance, and did not know how to back the vehicle up. She also did not speak English.

I have seen a lot of people who are in this country illegally getting food stamps, free medical care, and public housing. Yet I have nephew who is raising three children himself while his ex-wife left him and the children for the fast life. Yet he is unable to get this same public assistance because, one, he is a Man, and two, his skin color is lighter than most illegals who are getting all the public assistance. Yet his children skin color is darker than his. We are the only country in the world that treat illegals immigrates better than their own citizens.

A while back we had a smaller bunch of people come into this country illegally. The Government in Washington D.C. at the time said the problem is too complex so let us give them amnesty, and they promised us they would fix the immigration laws. They did pass the new immigration law but they did not enforce them. Then along comes amnesty two with the same promise, and the same results. Only the results are worse because they were dealing with a bigger group of people. Now the Obama Administration with Senator Harry Reid and Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi wants to do Amnesty three. If we do that we are giving legal status to drug dealers, smugglers, people using someone else identification, people who are holding other people in slavery for work or sex, and for people who are here to commit a terrorist act. This does not make sense!

The illegal immigration causes are complex, and the solution will be complex. One solution fits all is not going to work. We tried that twice and ended up with a bigger mess. Blanket amnesty is out. Since a lot of people have committed different crimes, we will have to come up with a point system with the more crime you committed the more points you get. Also some illegal people have been here a long time, have worked, paid taxes, did not use someone else's identification, spoke English and raised their family to respect the law. That individual should receive less points than the person who has committed a lot of crime, used some else's identification, has not bother to learn English, and fathered many children with many woman, both in this country and other countries. This person should receive a lot of points against him and be required to leave the country. In life every thing has limits.
