About Voting in the Primary Election EARLY VOTING June 3, 2010 - Registrar of Voters Offers Saturday Hours The County of San Diego Registrar of Voters office will be open Saturday, June 5 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for voters who want to cast their ballots before Tuesday's Primary Election. The public can also get questions answered by phone on Saturday by calling the Registrar of Voters at 858-565-5800.
