"Protecting our families is what is most important." -HowellKelly Howell has always assumed a leadership role whether in her job as an educator of children with disabilities or in her community. She has worked for over three years on incorporating Eastvale into a city as one of the Board of Directors for the Eastvale Incorporation Committee. Kelly says, "The time is now for cityhood. We must protect our tax dollars so our police patrols are not decreased and our families are safe." Kelly's top priorities are 1) Making sure the community is safe with high-levels of police patrols and fire protection; 2) Attract jobs and businesses by bringing good families to our homes; 3) Ease communtes and access to Eastvale by building roads and improving freeway access. Kelly is set against raising our taxes. Kelly is endorsed by the Riverside Sheriffs' Association, CalFire, and the Riverside County Tax Payers Association.
