Ms. Fowler has provided consulting, training, meeting facilitation, focus groups, speaking and organizational development services to nonprofits, corporations and public sector entities.

Active in the community Ms. Fowler is currently 50th Anniversary Chair and Past President of New Frontier Democratic Club, LACDP Election Protection Co-Chair, former California Democratic Party rules committee member and founding member of California Election Protection Network. Carolyn has served on several boards and received numerous awards and recognition for her contributions by organizations, elected officials, colleagues and her community. A native of Detroit Michigan, she attended Eastern Michigan University and the University of Michigan and holds a BA in Business Administration. She has also completed the Wharton Global MBA International Certificate program at Pennsylvania State University
