Measure A. Change in Election Schedule -- City of Torrance (Charter Amendment - Majority Approval Required)
Fail: 10,345 / 49.75% Yes votes ...... 10,451 / 50.25% No votes
Should section 510 of the Charter of the City of Torrance be amended to change the date of holding the general municipal election to the last Tuesday in April of each even numbered year?

Measure E. Emergency Neighborhood School and Teacher Retention Measure -- Los Angeles Unified School District (Parcel Tax - 2/3 Approval Required)
Fail: 198,586 / 52.95% Yes votes ...... 176,459 / 47.05% No votes
To offset severe state budget cuts; promote student achievement in reading/mathematics/science/arts; maintain vocational education/job training programs; limit class size increases; reduce teacher/staff layoffs; keep schools safe/bathrooms clean; shall the Los Angeles Unified School District levy a temporary $100 annual education parcel tax ending after four years, exempting low-income seniors, no money for central district administrators' salaries, mandatory audits, with all funds going to neighborhood schools?

Measure AA. Funding for School Improvement -- Lynwood Unified School District (School Bond - 55% Approval Required)
Fail: 1,312 / 50.70% Yes votes ...... 1,276 / 49.30% No votes
To improve student safety by upgrading school security systems and alarms; upgrade classrooms with up-to-date technology; acquire classrooms throughout the District; and provide more money for essential learning in the classrooms, shall the Lynwood Unified School District be authorized to issue $37.4 million of bonds within legal interest rates, with annual audits and an independent citizens' oversight committee, with all funds spent locally and no money used for administrative salaries or taken by the State?

Measure CS. Withdrawal of Specified Positions from Civil Service -- City of Inglewood (Amended Ordinance - 2/3 Approval Required)
Fail: 3,114 / 48.93% Yes votes ...... 3,250 / 51.07% No votes
Shall Section 2 of Ordinance No. 657, of the City of Inglewood be amended to withdraw the positions of Senior Administrative Analyst to the Mayor, Executive Assistant to the Mayor and Assistant to City Council from the Civil Service System, thereby making the positions unclassified?
