Candidate for
Sheriff; County of Humboldt

As Sheriff I will provide fair and effective Law Enforcement to the communities served by the Sheriff's Office. I am also committed to providing the same fair and effective leadership to the men and women who serve the citizens of Humboldt County on a daily basis.

I am well aware of the diversity in Humboldt County and how that diversity has shaped the unique communities the sheriff's office serves. Humboldt County residents are an example of how hard work and strong vision have created the lifestyle we all enjoy.

It will be my priority to protect the rights and freedoms we all enjoy as citizens of this great country, state and county. It is only through this freedom that individuals can fully develop their potential and then give back to their communities through their own accomplishments.

The future for Humboldt County is bright despite the economic difficulties we experience today. It will be a priority of the Sheriff's Office to deal with these challenges aggressively and provide the best Law Enforcement in the county. It is time for the outlaying areas of the county experience an increase of services and I am committed to providing that service through innovative solutions.
