I have been a resident of North Hills since 1987, During those years I have watched Abington Township flourish and grow to become one of the top 20 "Best Communities To Live In" in 2008. After much soul searching I have decided to run for the office of Commissioner, Ward 6, Abington Township to provide a caring passionate leadership for the residents. Residents of Ward 6 deserve attentive, responsive, informed service for the needs of our community.
North Hills is a very special community. We are fortunate to enjoy such amenities as Pembryn Park, The July 4th Parade, the service of Edgehill Fire Company and many "Mom & Pop" businesses. While all these are important, it is YOU the families of North Hills that make this area special. I want to make sure that the North Hills we love, remains the type of community where you wish to continue to raise your families and build your businesses.
Along with many dedicated volunteers, my service to this community has taken many forms including Town Watch, S.P.I.R.I.T (Support Police Immediate Response Team), Treasurer July 4th Parade Committee, President of Greater Glenside Chamber of Commerce, Past President of Rotary Club of Glenside , Abington High School Annual Cross Country Invitational volunteer and Minority Inspector Ward 6-1.
