Candidate for
Council Member; Borough of Bridgeport; Ward 2

I have been a resident of the Borough my entire life and I have been a member of Borough Council for the past 6 years. My love for the Borough drives my unending support. Prior to becoming a member of Borough Council, I was a member of the Revitalization Committee. I have been instrumental with obtaining numerous grants for the Borough,Police Department, Community Fund,Park and Rec and Little League. Besides producing the "Bridgeport News" (Borough Newsletter) I spearheaded the community "Townwatch", and I am a member of the Bridgerport Community Fund/Park and Recreation Board. I am also an officer(Secretary)and Board Member of the newly formed Bridgeport Bocce Club. I serve as a Committee Person and I am on the Executive Committee of the Montgomery County Democrats. I was the 2009 recipient of the Carl A. Rosiello Award which is presented to a resident of the Borough who displays the most loyalty, spirit, and community service. I am the first woman to receive this award from the Borough.
