Candidate for
Council Member; Borough of Conshohocken; Ward 4

Conshohocken is home to a diverse population with varied needs. I believe that the residents have the right to expect their elected and appointed officials to carefully take these needs into consideration when making all decisions. This has been my philosophy since first elected. I have a vested interest in the Borough and as such I feel the responsibility to insure that current and future residents can be proud to call Conshohocken home. I make decisions carefully considering how the outcome will affect the entire community.

Making decisions with such importance can not be taken lightly. I have always considered both sides of any issue. I realize that the final vote, which takes a majority of the 7 members of council, might not please all the residents. The resolution of a question always reflects what is best for the entire Borough.

I always stand by my vote because I know meetings have been held, research has been completed and public discussions have been conducted. These steps insure that I and all of council are informed when a vote is taken. I personally know that I have always acted in the best interest of the Borough Residents.

As a member of Council I have been part of Conshohocken's transformation into the community that it is today. Conshohocken, not so long ago was a depressed area because of the loss of factories and small business. Conshohocken is now considered a model community. I am proud to have been part of this transition by working in conjunction with Federal, State and County government Officials who shared my vision of our Community's future.

I can say I have always been proud to be an Elected Official representing my ward and Council President representing the Borough Finally, I am most proud of being a Life Long Resident of Conshohocken.
