I believe that effective municipal government should manage the day to day administration of the community in an effective, transparent and fair way. This includes fiscal responsibility, development of resources and careful planning for our future. Good government develops constructive and positive dialogue within the community which in turn creates innovative strategies and solutions to the issues that challenge us.

Nether Providence is a community that is rich in resources - our strong schools, volunteer organizations, lovely parks, Helen Kate Furness Library, and Community Arts Center are reflections of our commitment to our community. I believe that an effective municipal government recognizes these strengths and encourages the participation of its citizens.
