An important job of a Councilor is to protect our residents against all hazards.Police, Fire and Emergency services ensure a community's safety. I have always supported the fair allocation of resources to properly equip and train our emergency services personnel. Taking safety a step further, the borough created, on my motion, a citizen's panel - the Environmental Quality Board - to address issues related to air and water quality. Keeping borough residents safe and secure and providing environmental protections will indeed assure the overall quality of life here for generations to come. |
