My wife Teresa and I are active supporters of the Loveland community. We have three children; Scott (26), Peter (23), and Timothy (15). I graduated from Moeller High School in 1977 and went on to receive both a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. I have worked at GE Aircraft Engines for 30 years in a variety of leadership roles.

Since moving to Loveland 26 years ago, Rob has been involved as:

- Loveland City Council (3 terms since 1995)
- Vice Mayor of Loveland 2 years
- Mayor of Loveland for 4 years
- Historic Loveland Redevelopment Committee
- Community Improvement Corporation (12 years)
- Loveland Finance Committee (9 years)
- Loveland Planning and Zoning (4 years)
- Loveland Commercial Sign Committee
- Historic Loveland Parking and Access Committee
- Active supporter of the Loveland School system
- Avid supporter of Loveland Recreation Commission
- Past spiritual Director of Men's Retreat programs at St Columban parish
- Youth Ice Hockey Coach with CAHA, Bluehawks, and Moeller HS
- U.S. Mayors Conference Participant (1999)
- Member of Hamilton County, Clermont County, and Warren county Municipal Leagues

My focus is commitment to the needs of the residents and the businesses of Loveland in these challenging economic times for both the City and the residents.
