? 1. What are your Qualifications for Office? (50 word limit)

Answer from Stephanie Stoller:

I have been serving the citizens for the past 35 years and have therefore been instramental in creating the Blue Ash we have today. I enjoy working with residents to constantly make improvements to the city and strive to keep Blue Ash a top level community.

? 2. What plans do you have to address your top three priorities? (100 word limit)

Answer from Stephanie Stoller:

In order for Blue Ash to remain a top level community, I feel we must constantly be searching for new ideas that could enhance our community. We want to continue to attract residents. We want to continue to attract businesses. If we fail to attract residents and fail to support our businesses, we will see Blue Ash slip in it's rating among communities. We can not rest on our laurels and be afraid to try new ideas because other more progressive communities will attract our residents and our businesses will follow the residents.

? 3. What two actions would you promote to enhance city revenue or decrease city expenditures in order to balance the city budget, given the current economic conditions? (100 word limit)

Answer from Stephanie Stoller:

Blue Ash has always taken a conservation approach when it comes to budgeting. Our budget is balanced. The current economic condition as caused a slight drop in revenue, but we saw it coming and made a few proactive changes. We are now in the process of moving slowly with some capital improvements.

? 4. What steps should the local government take to ensure that the quality of rental property meets minimum legal standards? (100 word limit)

Answer from Stephanie Stoller:

Local governments must insure that rental properties are held to the same standards as owner occupied properties. If the renter is not keeping his/her property up to code, the property owner is contacted and required to maintain the property.
