Board Member; Los Altos School District

My only agenda is to provide an excellent education for the children in our community. This requires the work of well-qualified teachers who are treated as professionals, clean and safe schools, and a well balanced program. The school board is elected to empower staff in achieving these goals. Above all, the board must keep the district financially healthy.

These needs must be in balance with the desires of the community: efficiency, building relationships and developing citizenship. To maintain the outstanding reputation of Los Altos District Schools and retain the family friendly atmosphere in our area, strong, well qualified leaders are needed not only on our board, but in many volunteer positions. The cooperation of community, parents and staff are key to our success.
