Candidate for
Council Member; City of Santa Fe Springs

Hello Everyone it gives me great pleasure to introduce myself to all of you. My name is Lillian Carrillo Puentes. I was born in 1967 to Joe and Virginia Carrillo. I am the youngest of their six children. All six of us children attended local schools and grew up in the city for our entire childhoods. I was fortunate to marry a wonderful man Richard Puentes we purchased our own home in Santa Fe Springs tweleve years ago and have four wonderful children Raelene, Jordan. Justine and Rylee. As a dedicated wife and mother I want only what is best for our city and its residents. As a lifelong resident I have a vested interest in the city. I am ready to be openminded, supportive and committed to making the city the best it can be. As a seven year Planning Comissioner and active member of various city committees. I have the experience required to work with city staff and the business community. I am also an Office Administrator for a nonprofit organization. During these tough economic times my budget and fiscal background will also be a needed asset. I have always been a very unselfish dedicated person who will always volunteer and give my time to make a difference in society. I believe that with hard work and the will to listen to others, together we can get things done and make our city second to none.
