Salvador Orozco Board President

Mr. Orozco was first elected to the Pico Water District Board of Directors in 2001 and is currnetly serving his second term in office. In his tenure as a Board Director Mr. Orozco has held the position of Board President, Vice President, Finance Chair and interim General Manager for the Pico Water District.

Mr. Sal Orozco was raised and has lived in Pico Rivera for over 35 years. Mr. Orozco and his wife Sylvia have been married for nineteen years and are proud of raising their three beautiful children in the City of Pico Rivera.

Mr. Orozco is an active participant within the community and has taken active roles with AYSO, Pico Rivera Dons, Sister City Committee, Pico Rivera, Montebello, Monterey Park and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

In addition, he has been a member of the California Special Districts Association, the American Water Works Association, the Colorado River Water Users Association and is a current member of the Association of California Water Agencies.

It is with great Pride and Dedication that I serve the residents of Pico Rivera and the constituents who have entrusted me with the responsibility of providing and maintaining the highest water quality and service that everyone can afford.
