Additional Goals

• Reduce Water District operating costs
• Improve local community participation in decisions affecting their water and sewer services
• Ensure Water District emergency plans are up to date
• Expand water conservation effort
• Establish water recycle program - `Twice is Nice'
• Work with neighboring communities in solving the water crisis
• Obtain government funding for operations improvements
• Ensure Water District maintains a balanced budget
• Ensure Directors' fiduciary responsibility to community
• Improve customer billing information to graphically illustrate water usage by tier level
• Obtain government assistance (FEMA) to off-set cost of water used within the district during the recent Station Fire
