Candidate for
Board of Directors; Pico Water District

I've been a resident of The City Pico Rivera for 32 years and have over 24 years of experience in the Water Industry. 14 years for Pico Water District as Field Representative and Field Superintendant and the last 10 years for the City of Pico Rivera, under several titles such as Water Supervisor, and now as Water Resource Senior Technician. I attended Mt. San Antonio College and currently hold a State Distribution Grade 3 and States Treatment Grade 2. My Wife Michelle and I have been married 15 plus years and are proud parents of 2 future El Rancho High School Graduates. As your representative to the Pico Water District I will insure water of the highest quality is economically delivered along with rates that are fair and equitable for all customers. Water, or the lack of it, affects us all. Providing clean, reliable water while being proactive and creative in water re-use and conservation will guarantee a strong economy and healthy environment for generations to come. Leaders are needed who understand the complexities of water stewardship; you can believe I am the right person for this job. I believe being a Board of Director of the Pico Water District is being involved in our community on a daily basis.
