I live in Glendora with my wife, Sharon, and our two daughters. I have served on Washington Elementary site council for 4 years, serving as chair for 2 of those years. I have been part of the districts Educational Technology Committee and most recently the Technology Steering Committee. Why am I running? The simple answer is for the kids. I care for the students of Charter Oak, and desire to help strengthen the district. I believe that my strengths of responsibility, collaboration and listening, along with my administrative experience will allow me to make a good board even better. I look forward to partnering with the teachers, staff, and community to increase the use of technology throughout the district and continue the academic excellence. I currently work at Azusa Pacific University where I am the Chief Information Officer and chair of the university Space Planning Committee. I graduated from Azusa Pacific with a bachelors in Information Management Systems and a masters in business administration. I am currently working on my doctorate at Pepperdine University focusing on educational technology. I enjoy spending time with family, reading, playing sports, especially basketball, and decorating our front yard at Christmas with lots of lights!! Experience:
