PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

2005 to Present Law Offices of Nancy Wasser, Trial Attorney

 Handle broad range of civil cases in the areas of negligence, employment discrimination, housing, real estate and insurance related issues.

2004- 2005 United States Postal Service, Labor and Employment Litigation Attorney

 Litigated labor and employment cases for management in the federal courts, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and other administrative forums in Pennsylvania and Delaware, conducted discovery, prepared witnesses and participated in mediations.

1990- 2003 Prudential Insurance Company House Counsel, Master Trial Attorney

 Responsible for all aspects of litigation including pleadings, discovery, trial and appeal for major property and casualty carrier. Litigated major jury and non-jury trials in state and federal courts. Assisted in office administration, management and training of both attorneys and claim adjusters.
