The Magisterial District Court is the lowest court in the state and may be the primary and only point of contact for citizens involved in the judicial system. Therefore the Magisterial District Judge must have the capacity to understand both civil and criminal law. With over 21 years of experience as a police officer and SWAT Team Leader as well as a BS Criminal Justice degree and Business Law/Accounting college credits; I have that ability. I am unfettered by politics the local cronyism so I will be fair and unbiased in my decision making.
