Peter Lee is a civil engineer and consultant with expertise in developing strategies to assist large organizations in culture change. In his current role as Managing Consultant at Synygy, Inc., Peter oversees a business group that provides consulting and implementation services in performance management and process re-engineering. Peter's experience as a project manager and entrepreneur provide him with a unique perspective on managing a large school district. Peter lives in Ardmore with his wife and children. His oldest child will be entering the first grade at Penn Valley Elementary School this fall.

Qualifications

As a consultant and engineer, I help organizations improve their performance and efficiency though improved support programs, performance analysis, and process re-engineering. I have worked with schools to identify what programs and teaching techniques have been most successful at improving student performance and have significant experience developing corporate training programs.
