School Director; Lower Merion School District

Ivan Haskell, PhD, is a psychologist and Director of Children's Clinical Services at Resources for Human Development. He serves as a clinical supervisor and administrator for mental health programs serving children and families in community and school settings. Ivan's successful administration of high quality programs serving children and families with special needs will help to bring a unique perspective to the Board. Ivan lives in Ardmore with his wife Christine Waanders and two young children who will attend Lower Merion Schools when they are of age.

Qualifications

As a product of public education and the parent of two young children, I strongly support excellent public education. I will bring to the school board my experience as an administrator of programs serving the needs of children and their families and my background in making policy and other programmatic decisions.
