Candidate Statement

After 24 years its time for a change to the TSD Board.

The TSD makes decisions that affect our rates and the quality of the services we receive, yet only two directors are elected. The other three directors are appointed and do not need to live in the district.

I will work to make the TSD an all elected member-at-large Board (as many in the community support).

As a proven community leader, I bring an educated and sensible approach to resolving tough issues.

Serving on the TSD Board requires an understanding of how best to manage diverse resources to achieve desired objectives while ensuring that the customers (ratepayers) receive the best possible services for the lowest possible price.

I am a 20-year resident of the community and married with two daughters. I hold an MBA degree and am currently employed as an information management consultant.

I have served the community in many leadership roles, including Vice Chair Oak Park MAC, Measure C Committee, Co-chair for Oak Park Measure R, Chair of the Measure D4 Public Oversight Committee and the past President of Agoura Youth Basketball Association.
