"Building a Community of Learners"
As a school board member I'll work to promote a sense of unity within our schools and the community to encourage lifelong learning and citizenship. Establishing collaborative partnerships the school district and adult ed. can work with Thousand Oaks City Council members, city staff, sport and cultural organizations, Conejo Recreation and Park district, the County's Sheriffs Department along with service and community faith groups to build and main a strong community of learners.
