Revitialize Downtown Area and Riverbank Army Depot

Create a "face" for Downtown Riverbank, and bring business, and jobs to both Downtown and Redeveloped Army Depot
Downtown has been in dire need of a "face lift". The Downtown Revitialization Project will make this a reality. We should attact jobs, and business to populate our downtown area.

The Riverbank Army Depot has great potential to bring more jobs and business to Riverbank. Once the Army has made a decision what to do with the site, the Riverbank LRA of which I am a member has a strategic plan for growth. Not just with the 10 business members we already have but expansion to add more. This site is going to be a great "shot-in-the-arm" for Riverbank.
