My name is Eric Payne and my wife and I have been residents for over 4 years in fact I remember coming to the grand opening of this school. (Bitter Brick). We recently welcomed our first rookie Owen Tyler into the world.
We moved into MH because we truly believed in the vision of the Master Plan and the safe and friendly neighborhoods. Once settled however it seemed as though we were a cluster of homes rather than a community full of neighbors and friends. I had known that generally to fully assimilate into a new community takes a few years however not being at times a patient man I made sure to introduce myself to everyone and waive at every single passing car. Over the last couple years the community has come alive and the wait although long was certainly worth it as the power of the community now is amazing.
