Contiue Programs supporting Community Oriented Policing.I am committed to ensuring a safe, secure family friendly city through identifying the impacts of gangs and the laundry list of items that detract from our community. I will work closely with our police department to implement programs that deter the types of activities that tear down our community and its image. I supported the introduction of the Citizens Police Academy, the ongoing Junior Police Academy and D.A.R.E programs. I will support our firefighters as they continue to bring the latest techniques for fire suppression and safety for our citizens. |
