Preserve what works and reform what doesn't!
Capitola is behind the times with compliance to safe environmental practices with regards to water safety issues. Small signs are posted as to the contaminated water but little has been done over the past years. More needs to be done. We can be leaders in the fight against pollution and global warming. We can encourage more environmentally friendly transportation policies. The time is NOW.. Our children and grandchildren deserve a greener planet.
